In short, Polymath allows participants to easily launch Securities Tokens in a regulatory-compliant manner. Through the Polymath Platform, previously illiquid assets can be tokenized, providing broader access and liquidity to investors and issuers. It is a highly automated and scalable platform that helps companies to create securities tokens using a standardized token protocol and raise capital by issuing those securities tokens to accredited investors. Coordinating and project managing due diligence from potential investorsĢ.Design and execute creative communications projects that help to increase understanding of Polymath’s work among investors.Owning the financial model for Polymath’s investment vehicle.Supporting the process of building new leads and opportunities for fundraising, both locally and internationally and project managing the investment funnel.Working closely with Polymath’s CEO and CFO to raise the second tranche of a $30M fundraise into Polymath’s holding company. This will be a remarkably interesting and valuable role for anyone with an ambition to make impact investment and interested in gaining exposure to VC investments and/or entrepreneurship, with unique exposure to both the fundraising and investment processes and the opportunity to work directly with entrepreneurs.ġ. The Investment Associate will take a highly proactive and collaborative approach to maintaining client relationships and raising assets from existing and new investors. The Investment Associate role will be with Polymath's Investment team, working closely with the CEO and CFO to both raise funds into Polymath and analyse and execute investments.
